Park House School is working in partnership with Transform Learning Trust, as they seek to appoint a Principal to lead this thriving secondary school in its next exciting stage of development.

Park House School is a growing 11-18 secondary school with 1208 students on roll including the Sixth Form. As a former Sports College, the school provides outreach provision to 57 primary schools, and excels in performing arts and IT. In 2019, the school was identified as one of 30 hubs representing the ‘National Centre for Computing Education’ (NCCE) supporting schools across the South-Central region.

There is an exciting new building project about to commence to create a new school library resource centre, three classrooms and a meeting room. This is due for completion in summer 2022 and you will have the opportunity to have an input throughout the build.

We are looking for an experienced Principal or Head Teacher determined to take on a new challenge, who would like to join a ‘Good’ school with huge potential for future growth and development, and who is able to support the school to provide an outstanding education for its students. You will need to be an inspiring and transformational leader who is looking to make a real difference, by embedding a culture of continuous improvement. In exchange, we offer a great place for staff and students to work and learn.

Transform Learning Trust was established in September 2018, with Park House school as its first school, and we are now looking to expand and take on new schools. The Principal will be instrumental in supporting the Trust with its plans for growth.

Learning Support Manager, Park House School, Newbury​

 

We are looking for an experienced person to help manage our busy Learning Support Department 32.5 hours per week Term Time only plus INSET days.  The successful candidate will be able to:

    •    work flexibly and adapt to changing situations;

   •    work successfully as part of a team;

   •    competently use ICT;

   •    manage and support students with a wide range of additional needs;

   •    support the SENDCo in her day-to-day responsibilities.
