While her own children went to school, Stephanie became more interested in education and served on the governing body of the Anglo-American School of Moscow and then as the parent governor at Kensington Aldridge Academy (KAA) which was named TES Secondary School of the Year and rated Outstanding by OFSTED.  At KAA Stephanie became the Lead Governor for SEN and was part of the team that dealt with the recovery of the school after the Grenfell Tower fire.

Stephanie has also worked with a group of parents who successfully applied to open a Free School in west London.  Additionally, she has served as a trustee of Achievement for All (3As) and Westminster Citizens Advice.  She is currently a local governor at Duke’s Aldridge Academy in North London and works as an adviser for IPSEA – the Independent Provider of Special Education Advice.

Stephanie is the designated Safeguarding Director for the Trust.
