Ian retired at the end of September 2020 after a 32-year career with BP. He held several operations and safety roles, and his last role was VP Safety and Operational Risk and Head of HSE for BP’s global lubricants business (Castrol).

 

His passion throughout his career has been helping leaders and organisations transform the way they think about their people and how they approach their operations.

Ian has a passion for the great outdoors and enjoys running, hill walking and has a passion for skiing.
